In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. All goods will be inspected on return.Exchange are accepted within 2 days from the order receipt date for the special reasons.Any applicable courier charges to be incurred by the customer for return and exchange.Once the items have been received, our team will undergo a quality review and once cleared, your return/exchange will be activated for online purchase.The exchange option will not be available if the purchased item is no longer available and will arrange a refund of purchase price via the payment method used during your purchase.We will process all refunds within 3-5(this can vary between banks)  working days of approving your return and refunds can only be made to the card used for the original order or purchase person’s bank account.WARANTIES:

  1. We do not warrant the suitability of goods. Please check the suitability of products with your system and/or the manufacturer before purchasing.
  2. Products have a 12 month warranty from date of purchase (Unless otherwise specified).
  3. The warranty will be void if the serial number or its label is missing.
  4. The warranty will be void if items are written on or tampered with.
  5. Complete Item Services will replace or repair the items if a performance failure has occurred within the warranty period. Items that can be repaired by Complete Item Services or our suppliers will not be swapped out.
  6. The minimum waiting period for the replacement of warranty items is 48 hours after return. This may be extended due to the availability of stock from the Manufacturer or Base Supplier.
  7. A component will be declared void and out of warranty if goods are mishandled, struck by lightening or power surges.
  8. If a Computer system is returned under warranty we cannot guarantee safety of any classified Data. It is the Customer’s responsibility to backup all Data including Application Programs prior to returning any system to Complete Computer Services.
  9. Damage and defects which are in our opinion directly caused by incorrect or improper use, neglect, power surges, lightening damage, or mishandling by the customer are specifically excluded from any guarantee given or implied.
  10. In the event that a Item is sent to us under warranty and it is discovered that the fault has arisen due to misuse, neglect, mishandling, incorrect or improper use, we may, at our discretion, charge for parts and/or labour.
